REVIEW: Jabong (Beauty: Make-up Category)

As promised, I am back with yet another review for one of the top online shopping apps: Jabong. This time I am going to review one of my favourite categories from this app, Beauty. There are many sections under beauty, so let’s get more specific. How about make-up? Something we all do, however little. Many use make-up on a daily basis where as many just use it on special occasions. Whichever the case, we are all in it to look good. Look the best version of ourselves on the outside. After all, love at first sight doesn’t happen by chance. You have to make it happen!

What I love about Jabong’s make-up section is that it believes in YOU. It’s tagline says “Be you. Search your style.” This is something that comes rarely these days. Everyone creates a different version for themselves, very far away from reality. Jabong brings you back to reality and tells you to be you, be comfortable in your own skin. Something I myself try to abide by.

 

The Make-up section is further divided into Lips, Eyes, Nails, Face, Make-up Kit, Make-up Brushes and Accessories and Make-up Remover. I’ll be reviewing products from the Lips and Face categories today. These are the some of the make-up products I picked up from Jabong’s Beauty category.

 

Talking about logistics: The order got confirmed on the same day as placed. I received my order after 3 days of placing it which is rather fast for any online shopping app! The delivery guy called to confirm the address and the name of the person he was delivering it to as I wasn’t at home. Jabong cares about your items reaching safely to you and that is one of the major reasons why I love this app.

Talking about packing: The products came safely, all bubble-wrapped. They were all new and without a scratch! Lipsticks have a tendency to melt in the summer so they were packed separately and with a more sturdy wrapping material. None of the the items were damaged and I got what I was promised so I was really happy!

Talking about the products: The products all have their own unique qualities and I am surprised at how great their coverage is. These are the products I got myself from Jabong:

In short, it is safe to shop from the Jabong app. While I didn’t get a chance to check out their return policy, I’m sure it will be hassle-free as well. And how amazing is that? You never even have to go through the process of return, the service is that good! I loved how fast everything was delivered and neatly packed. Kudos to Jabong!
