RECIPE: Salted Lassi

  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Water – 2.1/4 cup
  • Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes.
  • Mint to garnish.



  1. Take a pan and roast cumin till they get brownish.
  2. Release for aroma.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with blender for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint and ice cubes
  5. Serve the chilling drinks.
